Withdrawals

It is possible to withdraw funds from a ComeOn! account using some of the same methods that are used to deposit funds. Funds can be withdrawn using credit and debit cards, Trustly and Skrill. What this means is that those who deposit with other methods will need to have a second method for withdrawing.

How to Withdrawal at ComeOn!

Withdrawals can be done twice in a 30-day period free of charge. Additional withdrawals can be made from the account but these will attract a fee, which is currently the equivalent of €5. Withdrawal completion times can be anything from 24 hours to 7 days, depending on the method that is chosen.

The ComeOn! website lists fewer withdrawal methods than deposit methods. Credit and debit cards are still on the list. The main thing to note is that it takes longer to withdraw money than deposit it.

  • Credit or debit card withdrawals can be up to €10,000 but can take up to 7 business days to complete and the fee can be up to 5%, depending upon the individual provider.
  • Skrill withdrawal limit is €9,900 and the fee is 5%, but the transaction is processed in 24 hours.
  • Trustly is also 5% fee with a €10,000 limit, but it is processed in 2 business days.

How to withdraw

There are a number of steps that site users will need to follow if they want to withdraw any funds from their ComeOn! account.

  • Log into the ComeOn! site and select the button labelled ‘withdrawal’ in the menu.
  • Select the withdrawal method.
  • Select the amount to be withdrawn – the screen will show the minimum amount that is permitted for withdrawal.
  • Confirm the transaction and this will move the screen on to the payment details section.
  • A confirmation of a successful transaction will be provided and the payment department of ComeOn! will review it within 24 hours.
